We have an extensive screening process, to ensure that each and every one of our candidates are skilled, experienced and love what they do. Client satisfaction is our primary objective and we achieve this by providing a transparent service, with regular, effective communication and most importantly – the right staff for the job.
We understand that our service users are in a vulnerable position. Our staff are aware of this and take every step necessary to maintain the dignity of the service user, as well as offering every opportunity of independence they can get to keep their self esteem and morale high. Our staff are not just staff, they are companions, and will always treat the service users with dignity and respect – not just as a job.
